As per the laws of UAE, retirement age is 65 years for private sector.
Certain exemptions can be made for the age, considering the considering the individuals’ nature of work, his credentials, expertise which is important for the entity said party is working for. Employment visa can be given to an employee annually after said party attains the age of 65 years. The employer should bear the charges of Dh5, 000 payable to Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation.
