H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai has taken to social media to congratulate Sheikh Mansour after his football team Manchester City defeated Brighton to become the Premier League winners on Sunday night.

Manchester City beat Brighton in a 4 – 1 victory at Brighton’s home ground on Sunday May 12 to be crowned Premier League winners for the second year in a row.
