Actor Indrans won the best actor award at the Singapore South Asian International Film Festival for ‘Veyilmarangal’ directed by Dr Biju & produced by Baby Mathew Somatheeram.
This is Indrans’s first international award.
He had won the Kerala State best actor award in 2017.
Veyilmarangal has received the outstanding artistic achievement award at the
Shanghai International Film Festival, one of the largest fests in East Asia
