A new UAE-developed artificial intelligence platform called Myndlab has officially entered beta testing, aiming to simplify the way applications are created using natural language and AI-powered automation.
Developed by Dubai-based Permus Software House, headquartered in Dubai International Financial Centre, Myndlab is being introduced as the GCC region’s first native Arabic AI application builder. The platform has been specifically designed to support Arabic-first environments while also meeting the growing digital needs of businesses across the Gulf region.
Unlike many existing AI coding platforms that mainly generate basic prototypes or design mockups, Myndlab focuses on building fully functional, production-ready applications that can be launched and scaled in real business environments. The platform is capable of creating websites, dashboards, enterprise software tools, and complete applications using simple written prompts.
Myndlab supports both Arabic and English inputs, allowing users to describe the type of application they want in everyday language. Once the request is submitted, the platform’s AI-powered App Recognition Agent analyses the prompt and automatically creates the framework and structure required for the application.
According to the company, the platform significantly reduces development time by enabling users to generate feature-ready applications within minutes instead of manually building software step by step. Myndlab also gives developers flexibility by supporting different software architectures and technology stacks, rather than forcing users into a single development framework.
The platform includes an intelligent design agent that automatically adjusts layouts and design patterns based on the type of application being created. This feature is intended to ensure apps have a more unique and polished appearance instead of looking repetitive or generic.
Speaking about the launch, Omar Fareda, General Manager of Permus Software House, said the platform reflects a larger transformation taking place across the UAE and GCC technology sector. He noted that businesses and developers in the region are increasingly looking for faster ways to build local digital solutions and turn ideas into practical products.
The launch of Myndlab comes as Gulf countries continue making major investments in artificial intelligence and advanced digital infrastructure. The UAE has identified AI as a key part of its future economic strategy, while Saudi Arabia is also expanding AI initiatives through its Vision 2030 programme.
Myndlab is currently available in open beta, with users receiving full ownership of the applications they create. The company has also announced plans to roll out additional features, advanced workflows, and expanded capabilities throughout 2026.
