The makers of ‘Gatta Kusthi 2’ have unveiled the official trailer of the much-awaited sports entertainer starring Vishnu Vishal and Aishwarya Lekshmi in the lead roles. The trailer and audio launch were held recently, with the film all set for a worldwide theatrical release on July 3. In Kerala, the movie will be distributed by E4 Entertainment.
Directed by Chella Ayyavu, the sequel continues the story of the blockbuster first instalment. Vishnu Vishal and Aishwarya Lekshmi return as Veera and Keerthi, while a child actor joins the cast as their daughter. The trailer promises a complete family entertainer, blending sports, action, comedy and emotional family moments.
As Gold 101.3FM, UAE’s No.1 radio station, reports, the film’s soundtrack has already generated strong buzz, with all its songs emerging as chartbusters ahead of the release.
The film also features an ensemble cast including Ramya Krishnan, Moksha, Karunas, Kali Venkat, Yogi Babu, Karunakaran, Munishkanth and Sara.
‘Gatta Kusthi 2’ is produced by Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh and Vishnu Vishal under Vels Film International in association with Vishnu Vishal Studios, with Shubra, Aryan Ramesh and Ishan Saxena serving as co-producers.
The technical crew includes K.M. Bhaskaran as cinematographer, Shaun Roldan as music composer, Bharat Vikraman as editor, Jayachandran as art director and Ruchi Munoth as costume designer. Sajid Ali has handled the subtitles, while publicity design is by Viyaki and marketing and promotions are led by Sidharth Sreenivas. The production team also includes B. Jai Ganesh and A.R. Chandramohan as production executives, Seetharam as executive producer, Sravanti Sainath as creative producer and Sabari as the film’s PRO.
