If the Motorists are passing through Abu Dhabi toll gates from January 2, 2020, they will be charged as per the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and Integrated Transport Centre (ITC).
The Motorists will be allowed to pass through toll gates for free during off-peak hours.
Drivers need to pay Dh4 only during the peak hours – from 7am to 9am and from 5pm to 7pm, Saturday to Thursday – passing by Sheikh Zayed Bridge, Sheikh Khalifa Bridge, Al Maqta Bridge & Musaffah Bridge.
On Friday and public holidays, no toll will be charged.
The cap on daily charges remains unchanged at Dh16 per vehicle and a maximum of Dh200 per month.
