The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that its online portal for verification of marks, obtaining photocopies of evaluated answer sheets and re-evaluation of Class 10 and Class 12 board examination results is now live.
In a post on X, CBSE informed students that candidates wishing to review their results can now submit applications through the dedicated online portal. The board has also released a step-by-step video guide to help students complete the process and access the available services.
As reported on Gold 101.3 FM, UAE’s No.1 Radio Station, the launch follows recent technical issues that had delayed the activation of the portal.
According to reports, the portal’s payment system was affected by a malicious cyber attack that impacted around 50 students. The issue caused abnormal fee displays, with payable amounts reportedly fluctuating from as little as Re 1 to as high as ₹67,000–₹68,000 in some cases.
The glitch was linked to the HDFC payment gateway integrated with the CBSE system and occurred shortly after the portal was initially launched.
On May 24, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan discussed the technical and payment-related issues faced by students with Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. CBSE had subsequently announced that the portal would become operational from June 1, although the launch was delayed beyond the scheduled date.
While the board has now confirmed that the portal is active, several students responding to CBSE’s social media announcement have reported continued difficulties in accessing the link and completing their applications.
CBSE is expected to address the remaining technical concerns as students begin using the portal for post-result verification and re-evaluation procedures.
