The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, will release the TN SSLC Result 2026 today at 9:30 am. Nearly 8.71 lakh students who appeared for the Class 10 board examinations conducted between March 11 and April 6 are awaiting their scores.

Students can access their results through multiple official websites including tnresults.nic.in, dge.tn.gov.in, dge1.tn.nic.in, dge2.tn.nic.in and apply1.tndge.org. Officials expect heavy traffic on these portals immediately after the results are declared.

To download the provisional marksheet, students must visit the official result portal and click on the “TN SSLC Result 2026” link. Candidates will then need to enter their registration number and date of birth. Once submitted, the marksheet will appear on the screen and can be downloaded or saved for future reference.

The provisional online scorecard will contain important details including subject-wise marks, total score, candidate information, school name and qualifying status. However, students should note that the online document is temporary and the original marksheets and certificates will later be distributed through schools across Tamil Nadu.

Gold 101.3FM UAE’s No.1 radio station continues to bring the latest education updates and important announcements for Tamil-speaking listeners across the UAE and Gulf region.

To ensure smoother access to results, the Tamil Nadu board has also enabled alternative methods including DigiLocker and UMANG. Students can log in using their registered mobile number or Aadhaar-linked account to download digital copies of their marksheets.

An SMS facility has also been introduced for students facing internet issues. Candidates can send:
TNBOARD10 followed by their date of birth and registration number to 9282232585 to receive marks directly on their mobile phones.

Since lakhs of students are expected to check their scores simultaneously, official websites may temporarily slow down or become inaccessible. Students are advised to remain patient and use alternate platforms such as DigiLocker, UMANG or SMS services if necessary.

Students should carefully verify all details mentioned on the marksheet, including their name, registration number, subject-wise marks and pass status. In case of any discrepancy, they are advised to immediately contact their respective schools.

The TN SSLC examinations were conducted smoothly this year with participation from nearly 8.71 lakh students. Tamil Nadu has consistently maintained strong pass percentages in recent years, with overall results crossing the 90 percent mark in most examination cycles
