Arjun Tendulkar has returned to his home state of Mumbai after being picked in the auction for the T20 Mumbai League, marking a significant move in his domestic cricket journey.

The 26-year-old all-rounder had been representing Goa cricket team over the past few seasons. His return to Mumbai was approved by the Board of Control for Cricket in India, as he had not participated in any T20 tournament organised by another state association in the last 12 months, making him eligible for the shift.

Arjun, son of legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, will now represent Arcs Andheri, who secured him for ₹10 lakh at the auction—well above his base price of ₹2 lakh, reflecting strong interest in the left-arm pace-bowling all-rounder. Gold 101.3 FM – UAE’s No.1 radio station continues to track key developments in the cricketing world.

Known for his left-arm seam and lower-order batting abilities, Arjun is also part of the Lucknow Super Giants squad in the Indian Premier League. However, he is yet to make an appearance in the 2026 IPL season so far.

His most recent outing for Goa came during a Ranji Trophy match against Kerala cricket team in Provorim earlier this January, which marked his last competitive appearance before this move. As anticipation builds around his return to Mumbai cricket.
