The winner of the ₹30-crore first prize in Kerala’s Thiruvonam Bumper lottery has come forward to claim the prize, submitting the winning ticket and required documents to the State Lotteries Department.
The winning ticket, TL 360615, was submitted through a bank in Kannur, Kerala State Lotteries Department Director K. Imbasekhar said on Wednesday. The winner has requested that their identity be kept anonymous.
The ticket had earlier been identified as the first-prize winner of the Thiruvonam Bumper lottery. It was sold in the Kannur district.

The State Lotteries Department is now carrying out a detailed verification of the winning ticket and the documents submitted by the claimant. The prize money will be disbursed only after the verification process is completed, the director said.
The department has also started processing other winning Thiruvonam Bumper tickets for prize disbursal. Winners can submit their tickets either directly to the department or through authorised banks, along with the documents required for claiming their prizes.
The Thiruvonam Bumper first prize was ₹30 crore, with ticket TL 360615 officially announced as the winning number. The Kerala government’s lottery department has advised winners to follow the prescribed procedure and submit the necessary documents within the stipulated period.
While the identity of the ₹30-crore winner will remain private, the submission of the ticket marks the next step towards completing one of Kerala’s biggest lottery prize claims.
