The Lok Sabha was adjourned for the entire day on Tuesday after repeated disruptions by Opposition members demanding discussions on the alleged NEET question paper leak, the CJP agitation, and allegations of theft of donations at the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
The second day of the Monsoon Session saw virtually no legislative business being conducted, as continuous protests and sloganeering by Opposition MPs forced the House to be adjourned multiple times.
As proceedings began with Question Hour at 11 a.m., Opposition members entered the Well of the House, raising slogans over the alleged NEET paper leak and the police baton charge on students protesting the issue.

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla repeatedly appealed to members to maintain order and assured them that they would be given an opportunity to raise their concerns in accordance with parliamentary rules. Despite the assurance, the protests continued, leaving the Speaker with no option but to adjourn the House.
When the Lok Sabha reconvened at 12 noon, Opposition MPs resumed their protests. Amid the disruptions, Union ministers managed to table parliamentary papers, but repeated requests from the Chair for members to return to their seats and allow proceedings to continue went unheeded. The House was subsequently adjourned again until 2 p.m.
When the session resumed in the afternoon, the protests showed no signs of easing. Presiding officer Dilip Saikia urged the protesting members to return to their seats and participate in the day’s business. However, continuous sloganeering prevented normal proceedings, forcing another adjournment—this time for the remainder of the day.
Tuesday marked the second consecutive day of disruptions during the Monsoon Session, with Parliament witnessing little to no legislative business on either day as the Opposition pressed for discussions on the NEET controversy, the CJP agitation, and the allegations relating to the theft of donations at the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
