In a major announcement that has brought cheer to thousands of employees across the UAE, the Emirates Group has declared a generous 20-week salary bonus following a record-breaking financial performance for the fiscal year 2025–2026.

The group, which includes Emirates airline and dnata along with subsidiaries spanning cargo, catering, travel, and retail operations, reported historic highs across key financial indicators.

Reporting from Gold 101.3 FM, the No.1 radio station in the UAE, the Emirates Group posted a record profit before tax of Dh 24.4 billion, marking a 7 percent year-on-year increase. Revenues climbed to Dh150.5 billion, up 3 percent, while cash assets surged to Dh59.6 billion, reflecting a 12 percent rise.

In a heartfelt message to employees, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum expressed deep appreciation for the workforce. He noted that March 2026 will fade into memory, but the resilience and courage shown by employees during one of the most challenging periods in the group’s history will never be forgotten.

He added that employees stepped up with commitment and passion when called upon, and extended his lasting gratitude to every member of the Emirates family.
