UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received Jeff Bezos, Founder and Executive Chairman of Amazon, on Wednesday at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi. Their discussion focused on strengthening cooperation in innovation, advanced technology, and artificial intelligence, particularly in key sectors such as education, healthcare, and the economy to support development and improve quality of life.
Jeff Bezos praised the UAE’s forward-looking vision and its commitment to adopting future technologies that benefit society.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technology Council (AIATC); Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority; and other senior officials.
