
The Ajman Police have started rolling out a new Dh35-million security project to provide seamless services to people, ensure safety of the residents and achieve the National Agenda 2021.
Major General Shaikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, said that the project includes construction of a new center for traffic and patrols department in Al Jarf area, the Al Jarf Police Center, establishment of a civil defence center in Masfoot, and setting up of a new building for the Ajman Police headquarters on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Street.
As part of this year's plan, the police are also working to establish two new centers for social support, to strengthen the relationship between the police and community members and contribute to solving societal issues.
These are expected to be completed within this year to provide best services for residents and citizens of the emirate.
